To evaluate clinical outcomes of patients with
osteosarcoma at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital (CMJAH), a tertiary hospital in SA, and compare these with similar studies from the developing world to evaluate factors contributing to any differences encountered.

We can therefore not certainly state that the
osteosarcoma arose from the osteochondroma in our patient but it seems more likely that it arose as an independent tumor in the stalk of the osteochondroma not the cap where malignant transformation usually occurs.
In conjunction, the data from the company's clinical study in 18 client-owned dogs with
osteosarcoma suggests that the immunotherapy may be able to delay or prevent metastatic disease and prolong overall survival in dogs.
