A congenital disorder comprising glaucoma, iris atrophy, decreased corneal endothelium, anterior peripheral synechia, and multiple iris nodules.
Synonym(s): Cogan-Reese syndrome, iris-nevus syndrome.

Other clinical cases on show were Fuchs' endothelial dystrophy, iridocorneal endothelial syndrome and a child suffering from icthyosis who requires intense hourly, ocular lubrication day and night and who also has had a corneal graft in one eye.
Likewise, the iris stroma may be grossly abnormal including generalized atrophy with correctopia, ectropion uveae, and often is similar in clinical appearance to iridocorneal endothelial syndrome (ICE).
