The flavonoid alglucon of quercitrin, or rutin, and other glycosides, which is a widely distributed antioxidant present in fruits and vegetables, such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and oranges, as well as in rinds, barks, clover blossoms and pollen.
