bleph·a·ro·chal·a·sis
(blef'ă-rō-kal'ă-sis), A condition in which there is a redundancy of eyelid skin, in the superior lids obscuring the supratarsal folds and sometimes concealing the lid margins; and in the inferior lids, produces redundancy and folds extending beyond the orbital rims.

blepharochalasis
An atrophy of the upper eyelids causing a fold of tissue which often hangs over the eyelid margins. The condition follows recurrent episodes of oedema and inflammation, usually in young people. Treatment is surgical.
