hereditary diffuse gastric cancer

An autosomal dominant cancer predisposition syndrome (OMIM:137215) with increased susceptibility to diffuse cancer, which begins in the stomach and typically spreads locally to the oesophagus, small intestine and other organs, as well as to adjacent lymph nodes.
