chirognomy

Pseudomedicine
The study of the shape, flexibility, colour and texture of a person’s hands and the manner in which they are used, which, in the pseudoscience of astropalmistry, indicates specific organ defects. Chirognomists may divide hands into four basic types: Earth hand, fire hand, air head and water hand.
