It has been suggested that all parts of the stomach should be carefully investigated for mucosal anomalies in cases with
adenomatous polyps and a control EGD should be conducted after 6 months if incomplete polypectomy was performed (6).
This study was conducted to assess the proliferative activity of
adenomatous polyps using Ki-67.
In
adenomatous polyps, dysplasia ranges from low-grade to high-grade dysplasia.

Adenomatous polyps. The
adenomatous polyp is the precursor of most CRCs.
CT, being highly sensitive, precisely delineates extent of lesions and differentiates PCI from
adenomatous polyp or malignancy.
