Cases 2 and 3 were the only siblings to have any additional abnormal phenotypes diagnosed radiologically: a shortening of the ulna in Case 2, with short 4th and 5th metacarpals, and Madelung deformity of the radial epiphysis in Case 3.

The Madelung deformity is a "spontaneous subluxation of the distal ulna forward" which results in the hand and forearm resembling a dinner fork [1].
