Castleman disease is generally asymptomatic, but may cause the following symptoms.

Castleman disease [4], angiosarcoma [5], angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia [6], sarcoidosis [7], squamous cell carcinoma [8], pityriasis rosea [9], and multiple myeloma (MM) [10].
