The device has two perpendicular mirror symmetries, namely, the x- and y-axes. We assume that it is implemented in (100)-silicon with an alignment between the (x, y)-coordinate system and the crystal system like in Figure 1.
In terms of position sensitivity of the ring-type SMA mesh washer on the micro-jitter isolation performance, the equivalent stiffness and damping values along x- and y-axes, which are corresponded to the main excitation axis of the RWA, are not significantly varied as the displacement changes, as shown in Figure 6.
The measurements were taken at 12.5 GHz over an imaging aperture of 432 mm x 432 mm with a sample spacing of [increment of x] = [increment of y] = 6 mm in the x- and y-axes, [[lambda].sub.0]/4, producing a square holographic intensity pattern matrix consisting of 72 x 72 elements as demonstrated in Figure 4(a).
where the ith modal resisting force quantity, [F.sub.si](t), equals [[phi].sup.T.sub.i][K.sub.ep](t)[[phi].sub.i][q.sub.i](t); [K.sub.ep](t) is elastic-plastic instantaneous stiffness matrices; [[phi].sup.T.sub.i]M[[phi].sub.i] is interpreted as the ith modal equivalent mass, [M.sub.i]; Modal participation factors, [[GAMMA].sub.xn] and [[GAMMA].sub.yn], along the x- and y-axes, respectively, are expressed as
To decrease the interaction between the x- and y-axes, the [J.sub.z]/[J.sub.x] ratio should be decreased 23].
In biaxial tests, the stress values in the X- and Y-axes are plotted on the same figures.
A basic grid is an accretion of these relationships, intersections of horizontal and vertical lines--like those formed by a liquid's surface drawn level by gravity and the path of a falling object, respectively: Materials succumbing to the force create x- and y-axes.
Two of them are set as independent Z-axes, two as independent Y-axes and one as a common X-axis.
It comes with a thermally insulated cast Meehanite base, and heavy-duty ball screws for the X- and Y-axes which are double-anchored and encapsulated to prevent contamination.
Weighing 661 pounds, the HPM 1850U has a pallet size of 49.2"x39.4", as well as high dynamics in the X- and Y-axes, and high accuracy and surface finish.
The Multy_Y program creates multiple y-axes plots in Excel.
The histograms used in the pilot study did not include scale marks and numbering on the x-and y-axes, and some students' responses suggested that they might not have made the assumption that the scales were consistent for all histograms.
