A series of 64 exercises based on a stylised interpretation of the movements of the wild goose; it is believed by its proponents to prolong life and be of use in treating such diverse conditions as cardiac disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, gastrointestinal complaints, hepatitis, hypertension, hypotension, insomnia, low back pain, obesity, renal inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, skin disease and others.
