Nutrition that we get from food is the best, but the truth is that we don't get the amount of nutrition that we need daily. Yes, it is a such thing as taking too many vitamins. This is why it is still good consult with your doctor when taking any kind of vitamin or supplement. When chosing a vitamin for myself price is not a concern when it comes to health. This is why I prefer more expensive vitamins rather than over the counter.
