vasopeptidase inhibitor

agent that restricts action of both neutral endopeptidase and angiotensin converting enzyme; induces vasodilatation and diuresis.

vasopeptidase inhibitor

vasopeptidase inhibitor

Any of a class of medications that blocks the actions of both angiotensin converting enzymes (ACE) and neural endopeptidase. Drugs from this class may be used to treat heart failure.
