Urogenital myiasis occurs when the fly larvae are localized in the urogenital canal. Although many species maybe the cause for this condition, almost all of the cases of urogenital myiasis reported from our country are caused by Psychoda albipennis which belongs to the Psychodidae family and which lives especially in damp bathrooms of houses.
