tubo-ovarian gestation

Etymology: L, tubus + ovum + gestare, to bear
an ectopic pregnancy that develops partly in the fallopian tube and partly in the ovary. Also called tubo-ovarian pregnancy.

tubo-ovarian gestation

Extrauterine pregnancy in which the embryonic sac is partly in the ovary and partly in the abdominal end of the fallopian tube.
