thrombocytopenia type 4A non-syndromic autosomal dominant form of thrombocytopenia, with few clinical signs thereof, which may be caused by dysregulated platelet formation.
Defects in CYCS on chromosome 7p15.3, which encodes cytochrome c, cause thrombocytopenia type 4.
