DISCUSSION: The P100 wave form is generated in the striate and peristriate occipital cortex due to the activation of the primary visual cortex and also due to the discharge of the thalamocortical fibers. N70 reflects the activity of the fovea and the primary visual cortex while N145 reflects the activity of the visual association area.
