Patient discussion about script

Q. I ask a client's Dr. to script flexaril for a lower back spasm and he made it for a drug called zanaflex? I am unfamiliar with zanaflex, what is the difference between it and flexaril 25mg? Benefits? Risks? I got him to order the air mattress and extended bed because client is 6'3" and is already bedridden on my 1st day..try to beat the skin breakdown, already stage I decubitis ulcers. I tried to talk the client into slideboard and lift away arm wheelchair...noway..he wants to walk bent with a rolling walker. He already had a lift chair delivered, so he just goes from bed to lift chair. He refuses to let me bathe him. He can't see, and he has me check his draw up on insulin to make sure it's right. He sends the P.T. man right back out the door after he signs the sheet. Difficult pt.!

A. Flexeril and Zanaflex are different drugs but are both muscle relaxants. There are hardly any differences between the two, clinically wise. If the doctor thought one is better than the other for your client I would suggest you take his advice and use the one he gave you.

If for all internal software units, the formal analysis tool can't generate a test case for which the outputs violate the specified limits, then limit traditional boundary value testing to system level interfaces only (i.e., for the interface between system Ext 1 and system A and between system A and system Ext 2 in Figure 3)

In this paper UML state chart is used as design specifications and used for test case generation.
The final job performed in the model abstraction layer is to transform the model into a data structure which can be handled by the test case generator.
Model-based testing is a technique that derives a desired test case from a model or a specification of a system.
In the following section we describe benchmark test case setup that uses the SPPT tendencies for stochastic forcing in the dynamical cores.
The same assumptions as Set 1 were applied to Set 2 for unsold rooms, but for sold rooms in Set 2, the setback temperatures were fixed to be 23.9[degrees]C[+ or -]2.78[degrees]C (75[degrees]F[+ or -]5[degrees]F) for Test Cases 5 to 10.
We observe that the amount of errors indicated in Table 13 does not include those errors previously detected by the UPPAAL verification process, once they were corrected before the test case generation.
The TDDB process in test case (1) is described as below: in the initial stage of adding constant voltage stress, electrons mainly tunnel and surmount the barrier into the gate electrode.
Let each test case [t.sub.i] be represented by an occurrence variable [O.sub.i] taking its values in 0..[max.sub.i] where [max.sub.i] is dynamically updated with the current partial assignment.
When an exception occurs during testing, the debugger firstly record the number of malformed test case and execute "x/i $pc"and "info register"to log "breakpoint", namely the values of all registers, which may be used in vulnerability exploits.
Now, by efficiently analyzing the relationships between input variables and the revised sections of the source code, so that test code can be reused at the input variable level, Fujitsu Laboratories have developed automatic test-generation technologies that limit the increase in the number of test cases due to source-code revisions.
