Cysteine-mediated Crosslinking Indicates That Subunit C of the V-ATPase Is in Close Proximity to Subunits E and G of the V1 Domain and Subunit a of the V0 Domain.
On a stoichiometric basis, the most abundant peptides are subunit A (63-72 kD), subunit B (52-60 kD) and subunit c (16-20 kD).
As revealed by rotational image analysis [52] and image averaging techniques [53], the V-ATPase head contain 3 copies each of the subunit A and B, which are seen as a hexameric structure.

First, the "satisfied" executives may have awarded the HR subunit a large budget, implying that effectiveness leads to resources.
Using the human resource (HR) subunit as the focus for assessment, several core postulates of the multiple constituency model of effectiveness were examined empirically.
From our analysis of seed produced in that study, it is clear that the amounts of each subunit as well as total protein are reduced under [N.sub.2] fixation (Table 1).
358) - could block this enhanced sensitivity by binding to the same site on the mutant subunit as diazepam.
