with eosinophilic cytoplasm and rare cross-striations may be seen.
Histology sections stained with hemotoxylin and eosin (H&E) shows heterologous malignant cells with many strap cells
few showing striations indicating muscle origin (Rhabdomyosarcomatous differentiation), many multinucleated osteoclast like giant cells were seen, typical & atypical mitotic figures with areas of hemorrhage & necrosis.
Histopathologic examination showed that the mass was composed of sheets of spindle-shaped cells with pleomorphic nuclei, numerous mitotic figures, mononucleated or multinucleated giant cells, and typical strap cells
. Neoplastic cells had no cross-striations in sections stained by phosphotungstic acid hematoxylin.
