The increased static pressure increased the peak temperature by about 5[degrees]C and TAL by about 10 sec.
At each station, pressure readings of five-hole probe and wall static pressure are recorded from digital micromanometer connected via the 20 channel scanning box.
For those cases, the static pressure at the inlet is lower than the atmospheric pressure.
In the figure 3 and 4 is presented the variation in time of the diagrams of the pressure and the temperature and also the revolution speed for a the static pressure of 0,25 bar (0,25E+05 Pa).
The static pressure in the installation has small influence in the evolution of the temperature in the friction resistance;
A final disadvantage, and one that has kept VFDs from being popular for plumbing systems, was the belief that VFDs are only appropriate in large-scale HVAC systems, where friction loss is high compared to static pressure loss.
Specifically, the AFD offers: adjustable flow restriction to adjust for static regain, reduced in-duct turbulence at outlets or at fittings, staged inflation and reduced abrupt start-ups, balanced airflow and static pressure in trunk lines and branch ducts and reduced maintenance requirements of static flow straightening devices.
To effectively cool today's storage systems really requires the use of lower volume, higher static pressure cooling devices.
Special control features include a solid-state timer for sequential pulse clean adjustment, a standard differential pressure gauge, and a safety interlock switch for automatic shut down, if the static pressure exceeds normal operating range.
