stasibasiphobia

[stas′ibas′ifō′bē·ə]
a mental health condition in which a person is convinced that walking or standing is physically impossible. The person may also express a morbid distrust of his or her ability to stand or walk.

The delusion of one's inability to stand or walk, or fear to make the attempt.
