Patient discussion about rub

Q. Im only 17 I have horrble lower back pains. Im constitly rubbing, stretching, or cracking my back. the pain is either a throbbing pain or an ache or sting.I feel it worse when I put my chest out my shoulders back. my back feels like its out of place.

A. Lower back pain is so very common... I have had it for years, and just recently what I found to be very helpful is walking. Even a 30-45 minute walk and then some streching is good. I have hardly had any pain since I started exercising and it feels really good. Swimming is also known to help.

He is also known as a "touchy feely" politician and recently two women had complained about it -- one was Lucy Flores who said he kissed her on the back of the head at a campaign event when she was running for lieutenant governor; and the other Amy Lappos, a former aid to a congressman, who said Biden touched her face and both hands and rubbed noses with her.
Since then, Amy Lappos alleged Biden rubbed noses with her at a fundraiser, and on Tuesday The New York Times published stories of two women who also allege Biden touched them in ways that they say were not appropriate.
Amy Lappos became the second woman in four days to accuse Biden of inappropriate behaviour when she told the Hartford Courant that Biden had touched her inappropriately and rubbed noses with her during a 2009 fundraiser in Greenwich, Conn, The Hill reported.
On Monday, another woman, former congressional aide Amy Lappos, told the Hartford Courant that Biden rubbed noses with her at a 2009 fund-raiser in Connecticut.
