PCGF3

A gene on chromosome 4p16.3 that encodes a protein that contains a C3C4 RING finger, a motif which is involved in protein-protein interactions. It belongs to the Polycomb group (PcG) multiprotein PRC1-like complex, which represses transcription of many genes, including Hox genes.
