In the present study, USG/CT guided FNAC as well as CNB of anterior mediastinal masses and FOB with TBNA and IHC markers could diagnose 9 cases of NHL, 4 cases of bronchogenic carcinoma, 4 cases of thymoma, 1 case of retrosternal thyroid, 1 case of synovial sarcoma and metastasis in 1 case.
