red, white and blue tumour

A popular term for clear cell hidradenoma (eccrine acrospiroma), referring to the colours typically seen therein; red corresponds to dilated blood vessels on the skin surface, white on the surface due to the dermoscopy and blue-purple due to the presence of haemorrhage-filled cystic spaces.
