Related to punctate keratoses: punctate keratoderma
Discrete yellow-to-brown firm papules of the palms and soles that appear after skin trauma, e.g., in walking or regular use of the hands or feet at work. The lesions are found in patients with a genetic predisposition to keratoderma.
