psoriasiform hyperplasia

A nonspecific, histologically defined appearance that consists of regular elongation of rete ridges, suprapapillary thinning, mild spongiosis, telangiectasis of blood vessels in the papillary dermis and fusion of foot processes.

Aetiology
Seborrhoeic dermatitis, late secondary syphilis.
