polyprotic

(pŏl′ĭ-prōt′ ĭk) [” + Gr. protos, first]
Containing more than one proton that can be donated to a base. The term is used to describe acids whose formula may be represented as HnBn, where n equals both the number of available protons and the negative charge of the base.
