polymorphic reticulosis

a necrotizing lymphoproliferative lesion with a predilection for the upper respiratory tract, a form of lymphoma in most cases; previously called lethal midline granuloma or malignant midline reticulosis; treatment is irradiation. See: lethal midline granuloma.
