Passage of hairs in the urine, as in cases of dermoid tumors, or of threads of mucus in the urine.

pilimiction

(1) An obsolete term for passage of hairlike stands of mucous in the urine. 
(2) The passage of hairs in the urine, as may rarely occur in mature teratomas (dermoid cysts).

A dermoid cyst may rupture into the bladder, presenting as recurrent urinary tract infections or as pilimiction.
It was not communicating with the bladder as there was no pilimiction.
