Because the chemical reaction coefficient between OH radical and VOCs ([k.sub.OH-VOCs]) is much larger than the value of photolysis

Methods such as methane reforming (using high temperatures to extract hydrogen from natural gas), partial oxidation (burning out oxygen in hydrogen-rich air), photolysis
