involuntary loss of urine associated with overdistention of the bladder, with or without a detrusor contraction.

urine overflow that may occur when the bladder (musculus detrusor vesicae) is paralyzed and greatly distended. See also incontinence.
A form of urinary incontinence in which a full bladder allows urine to drip away upon pressure instead of emptying normally.
