a small, vestigial structure found occasionally in the adult in the anterior part of the spermatic cord.

A small body sometimes attached to the front of the lower part of the spermatic cord above the head of the epididymis; the remnants of tubules of the mesonephros. Its equivalent in the female is the paroöphoron.
