elephantiasis with nodules composed of lymph vesicles on the skin surface.

pachyderma vesicae

a potentially malignant condition of white plaques in the mucous membrane at the base of the bladder.

(1) A nonspecific term for a plaque on the bladder mucosa.
(2) An obsolete term for elephantiasis with massively dilated (vesicle-like) subdermal lymphatics, the more proper term of which would be pachyderma vesicalis.
