orgasmic headacheGynecology An intense throbbing headache that begins with intercourse and peaks during orgasm, attributed to dilated intracranial blood vessels, the result of ↑ blood pressure and heart rate characteristic of an orgasm; the mechanism of OHs is probably the same as migraines.
