adjective Referring to blood pressure which is normal (117/72 mm Hg).  Based on a meta-analysis of 22 published studies analyzing 2638 subjects, the daytime range is 101–143/62–91 mm Hg; the nighttime range is 86–127/48–79 mm Hg.
