nonmotile leukocyte

non·mo·tile leu·ko·cyte

a term sometimes used with reference to lymphocytes, monocytes, and plasma cells; although such forms actually have some degree of motility, they are "nonmotile" in comparison with the actively ameboid neutrophilic, basophilic, and eosinophilic leukocytes.
