tenascin C(redirected from myotendinous antigen)
tenascin CA secreted extracellular matrix protein encoded by TNC on chromosome 9q32-q34, which has a spatially and temporally restricted tissue distribution. It plays a key role in guidance of migrating neurons and axons during development, synaptic plasticity and neuronal regeneration.
