musician's wartPerforming arts medicine A callus, hyperkeratosis, or comedonic lesion where a musical instrument contacts/rests on the body, anointed with descriptiors–eg,, 'guitar nipple', 'cello scrotum', 'fiddler's neck', etc, variably accompanied by erythema, papule formation.
