the condition of having only one testis or one descended testis.

monorchism

Having only one testicle in the scrotum. This is usually due to failure of descent of one testicle from the abdomen and occurs in about 1 boy in 50. An undescended testicle remains sterile and is much more prone to cancer than normal.
