A breast neoplasm which is histologically defined by the Nottingham group (UK) as a grade-III malignancy with syncytial interconnecting masses of large vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli pushing/well-defined margins, separated by a lymphoid cell rich stroma, and lacking an in situ component.
