medicines management pathway

A broadly applicable drug management strategy, based on the cognitive and physical steps involved in the use of medicines, with a focus on the consumer. The pathway consists of nine interdependent steps and three background processes, which provide a framework for identifying how the steps are related as well as the potential for errors and safety system improvements.
