In these cases, the differential diagnosis has to be made with alveolar sarcoma, fibrous malignant histiocytoma, alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, liposarcoma, variant of malignant melanoma, and some large carcinomatous metastases (especially from kidney, thyroid, adrenal medulla, and liver).
