malignant giant cell tumour of tendon sheath
malignant giant cell tumour of tendon sheathA rare tumour, the very existence of which is disputed. The diagnosis is made in tumours in which a benign component is juxtaposed to overly malignant areas, or when a typical giant cell tumour recurs as a sarcoma. They are locally aggressive and require wide excision or amputation if they involve an extremity.
