luteoma
A collection of multiplied CORPUS LUTEUM cells in the ovary sometimes occurring in the last 3 months of pregnancy. The luteoma occasionally secretes male sex hormones. It is not a true tumour and regresses after the baby is born.Collins Dictionary of Medicine © Robert M. Youngson 2004, 2005
