a longitudinal bundle of fibrous filaments running from the midline of the inferior part of the dural sac to the posterior longitudinal ligament of the sacrum.

An obsolete term that formerly dignified the fibrous tissue extending from the intramedullary dura to the posterior longitudinal ligament, also known as the sacrodural ligament.
