A condition in which there is an abnormally large proportion of leucine in the tissues and body fluids.

Etymology: Gk, leukos + osis, condition
a condition in which the pathways for the degradation of leucine are blocked and large amounts of the amino acid accumulate in body tissue, producing leucine in the urine. See also leucine.
