Situs inversus of the other viscera but with the heart normally situated on the left; congenital cardiac lesions are commonly associated.

laevocardia

A reversal of the position of the abdominal organs (situs inversus) but with a normal position of the heart. Situs inversus is more commonly associated with a heart so placed that the apex points to the right instead of the left (DEXTROCARDIA).
