lac·tat·ed Ringer's injection

(lăk′tā′tĭd)
n.
A sterile solution of calcium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and sodium lactate in water, given intravenously as a systemic alkalizer and as a fluid and electrolyte replenisher.
